WARMTH's leadership understands that many of our Members from developing countries many not have the support from their parent organizations to attend ICRT-2016. We believe it is necessary to spread a global awareness about Radionuclide therapy and thus it becomes essential for physicians and scientists from as many countries as possible to participate in our meetings and benefit from the deliberations.
The organizing committee is pleased to announce “WARMTH Grant” for eligible participants to facilitate their participation in ICRT-2016.
In order to be eligible for availing the grant the participants must be an active member of the society and must have an accepted abstract whether oral or poster in the meeting.
The financial support will be limited to local hospitality covering sharing accommodation for the duration of the conference (check in 13th Nov-check out 18th Nov), all meals, conference kit, all scientific sessions & social functions. Any extra night or personal expenses are not included in the grant will have to be covered by the participant on check out.
No cash will be given to any participant.
The "WARMTH Grant" decision will predominantly be based on the abstract score of the participant. Age and number of times he/she has received the grant in previous ICRT’s will be considered as secondary criteria.
The number of grants are limited and the organizing committee's decision will be final.
