$275 USD,- for non-members
$100 USD,- For New/Renewal Membership (includes conference registration and 5 year membership)
$550 USD,- for industrial members

Early Registration Ends: March 15, 2015 - After which lumpsum will increase by $275 per registration.

LUMPSUM:  In addition to registration each person needs to select a lumpsum package as described below.

$1,450 USD / Deluxe single occupancy, 

$1,300 USD / Twin occupancy for conference participant (per person.)

$1,150 USD / Twin occupancy for non conference participant  (per person.)

To register yourself and significant other - please select 2 as the number of registrations.

WARMTH in collaboration with the local organizers offers a comprehensive package which includes the following as part of the lumpsum:

  1. Admission to all scientific sessions, lunches and coffee/tea breaks
  2. Admission to all social activities
  3. Accommodation (single/double/twin) with breakfast at "Hotel Grauer Bär" or nearby Hotels "Goldener Adler" and "Schwarzer Adler," for five nights (check-in: 03-May-15 and check-out: 08-May-15)
  4. Three lunches and 6 coffee breaks on conference days (04,05 and 06 May 2015)

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation must be conveyed to the Organiser in writing.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the conference lumpsum will be charged if the cancellation is received on or before 3 April 2015. All bank transaction fees will be borne by the participant. There will be no refund of registration fee for cancellations made after 3 April 2015. All refunds will be made after the conference. Top
